1.3. We kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time.
2. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

2.2. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any prepaid services.
